Rather than focusing on power or complexity, the eRoll Slim is built around a split system between a slim vape pen and a 1500mAh Portable Charging Case. The design prioritizes how the device is carried, stored, and recharged during a normal day, turning charging into an embedded part of the usage flow instead of a separate task.

The vape pen maintains a Φ16mm profile and uses a 2ml refillable pod system with mesh coil architecture. Output is tuned for low-wattage MTL use, keeping vapor production controlled while maintaining stable flavor delivery across repeated use.

Power Extension Through PCC Integration

Instead of relying on a single internal battery, the eRoll Slim distributes power across a 480mAh vape pen and a 1500mAh charging case. This structure allows the device to be recharged multiple times while stored, reducing dependence on wall charging during the day. When the pen is placed inside the PCC, charging begins immediately without manual steps. This makes the case not just storage, but the primary energy extension unit for daily operation, especially during commuting or extended outings.

Mesh Coil Structure for Consistent Output

The cartridge adopts a mesh heating design to improve contact with e-liquid and stabilize heat distribution during firing. This helps reduce fluctuation in vapor output and keeps flavor delivery more uniform over time. Two resistance options, 1.0Ω and 0.8Ω, correspond to 13W and 15W output levels respectively. The lower setting offers a softer inhale, while the higher setting provides a slightly denser draw, both remaining within a restrained MTL range rather than high-power vaping.

Two Charging Paths in One System

Charging flexibility is built into both components of the system. The vape pen can be charged directly via USB-C when needed, while magnetic alignment inside the PCC enables automatic wireless charging without cable handling. This dual structure allows users to either rely on the case as the main charging base or bypass it entirely when connected to a power source, depending on usage environment.

Tactile Feedback for Device Status

Instead of relying only on visual indicators, the system uses vibration signals to confirm key actions such as cartridge insertion or connection between the vape pen and PCC. This feedback helps users understand device status instantly, even when the screen or indicator lights are not directly visible, improving usability in real-world carrying conditions.

Instructions for Use

1. Open the side filling stopper and inject e-liquid through the fill port. Avoid overfilling. After filling, let the pod stand for 5 minutes to ensure the coil is fully saturated before first use.
2. Insert the cartridge firmly into the device. Once installed, simply inhale through the mouthpiece to activate vapor production—no buttons required.
3. Place the vape pen into the PCC for automatic charging, indicated by LED breathing light. The pen can also be charged directly via USB-C using a wall adapter or computer.
4. Connect the PCC to a USB-C power source for charging. The indicator light will turn off when fully charged. If the vape pen is inside, both devices will charge simultaneously with vibration and indicator feedback.
5. Press the button once to display battery level via indicator light. Press again to turn off the display, allowing quick battery status checks when needed.
